THE PROPHETIC PROCEEDING WORD OF PRECISION
God is releasing His Prophetic Word to accelerate prophetic destinies of nations so that God’s plans for National Transformation can start to manifest upon our lives and our nations. Those who are prophetically tuned to the prophetic timetable and schedules of heaven understand that the Prophetic Proceeding Word will create movements, forcing the devil to move out, God’s people to move forward and God to move in.

There is no longer a place found for them in heavens and they are not strong enough to maintain their position. The great dragon is thrown down and all his angels with him.
7 And there was war in heaven, Michael and his angels waging war with the dragon. The dragon and his angels waged war, 8 and they were not strong enough, and there was no longer a place found for them in heaven. 9 And the great dragon was thrown down, the serpent of old who is called the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him. 10 Then I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying,
“Now the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God and the authority of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren has been thrown down, he who accuses them before our God day and night.11 And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even when faced with death. 12 For this reason, rejoice, O heavens and you who dwell in them. Woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, knowing that he has only a short time.”
Revelation 12:7-12
- The Prophetic Proceeding Word brings divine intervention of God sovereignly into the affairs of men on earth.
The Sovereign God is the Ruler over all nations and the Government of the kingdoms of this world will rest upon His shoulders. There will be no end to the increase of His government and of peace and the zeal of God Himself will accomplish this. God will explode in the history of nations.
6 For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us;
And the government will rest on His shoulders;
And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.
7 There will be no end to the increase of His government or of peace,
On the throne of David and over his kingdom,
To establish it and to uphold it with justice and righteousness
From then on and forevermore.
The zeal of the Lord of hosts will accomplish this.
Isaiah 9:6-7
And it will come about in the last days
That the mountain of the house of the Lord
Will be established as the chief of the mountains.
It will be raised above the hills,
And the peoples will stream to it.
2 Many nations will come and say,
“Come and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord
And to the house of the God of Jacob,
That He may teach us about His ways
And that we may walk in His paths.”
For from Zion will go forth the law,
Even the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.
Micah 4:1-2
- The Prophetic Proceeding Word will place an expiry date of all the works of the devil.
The Father’s Decree has gone forth saying, “The LORD says to my Lord, seat at My right hand until I make a footstool for Your feet. Then the LORD will stretch forth His scepter from Zion saying rule in the midst of Your enemies.”
110 The Lord says to my Lord:
“Sit at My right hand
Until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet.”
2 The Lord will stretch forth Your strong scepter from Zion, saying,
“Rule in the midst of Your enemies.”
Psalms 110:1-2
6 He has also established them forever and ever;
He has made a decree which will not pass away.
Psalms 148:6
6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth,
And a two-edged sword in their hand,
7 To execute vengeance on the nations
And punishment on the peoples,
8 To bind their kings with chains
And their nobles with fetters of iron,
9 To execute on them the judgment written;
This is an honor for all His godly ones.
Praise the Lord!
Psalms 149:6-9
- The Prophetic Proceeding Word will release His Strategic Men to bring God’s purposes into accelerated fulfillment of His Word.
These Strategic Men will accomplish all of God’s good pleasure. They are the men of God’s purpose to whom God has spoken and truly He will bring it pass. God has planned His word, surely He will do it and His salvation will not delay.
10 Declaring the end from the beginning,
And from ancient times things which have not been done,
Saying, ‘My purpose will be established,
And I will accomplish all My good pleasure’;
11 Calling a bird of prey from the east,
The man of My purpose from a far country.
Truly I have spoken; truly I will bring it to pass.
I have planned it, surely I will do it.
13 “I bring near My righteousness, it is not far off;
And My salvation will not delay.
And I will grant salvation in Zion,
And My glory for Israel.
Isaiah 46:10-11, 13
23 “I have sworn by Myself,
The word has gone forth from My mouth in righteousness
And will not turn back,
That to Me every knee will bow, every tongue will swear allegiance.
Isaiah 45:23
Strategic Men are God’s instruments to bring His word and purposes. God will confirm His words that have gone forth through his servant and perform the purposes of His messages.
Psalms 44:26-28
God will redefine the position and role of all His agents of change in the light of His purpose. The Prophetic Proceeding Word will release His purpose. God will set aside a people for Himself. They will tap into the power of one and passionately pursue God’s purpose while inspiring others to accelerate followership.
- The Prophetic Proceeding Word will release the awesome presence of God.
God is shaking everything that can be shaken. We will then receive a kingdom that cannot be shaken. Therefore let us show gratitude by which we may offer to God an acceptable service with reverence and awe. For our God is a consuming fire.
Hebrews 12: 27 – 29
- The Prophetic Proceeding Word will initiate the release of all the provisions of God and all that is needed to pursue the journey towards the destiny.
God will not pay for what He has not ordered. He will not have an incomplete project.
Isaiah 61:6 – 7
Isaiah 60:9,11
- The Prophetic Proceeding Word will release the people of God to return from their captivity and exile into their own inheritance.
Daniel 9:2, 3
Jeremiah also prophesied the exact time in which they will return; that is within 70 years. The people would volunteer to return because God has fulfilled His word. God will bring back His people at the exact time. God will bring back the captives at the exact time.
Ruth 1:22
God in His kind intention will override the bad consequences of people’s past choices and redeem them from their consequences of their trespasses.
- The Prophetic Proceeding Word will assure the nation that God will protect and guide them back into destiny.
By the word of the Lord and by the breath of His mouth, He spoke and it was done. He commanded and it stood fast. The Lord nullify the counsel of the nations, He frustrates the plan of the people. The plans of His heart are from generation to generation. “Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord”
Psalms 33: 6 – 12
- The Prophetic Proceeding Word will inspire the government of that day to revoke existing laws of the land that are restrictive and bias.
They will rejoice in the diversity of the people and the different grace and gifts that each culture and race provides. The government of the day will encourage participation of each other’s dreams. They will support any cause that is good and beneficial in the power of unity.
Ezra 1:3-4, 8,11
- The Prophetic Proceeding Word will send the frequency and accelerate cutting edge leadership to bring restoration and the rebuilding of the cities.
This is true reformation which will progressively lead to national transformation.
Isaiah 61:4-5, Isaiah 60:21-22
THE NEED FOR PROPHETIC PRECISION
The Prophetic Proceeding Word will come with precision. It is God’s divine strategy to shut the mouth of false prophets, deceiving spirits, and the counsel of the wicked. We will learn to discern false prophecy and identify false prophets. We must be positioned spiritually and accurately so that our lives are aligned by what is spoken in heaven. When what God is saying is accurately delivered, the people will harkened and heed the voice of God and prevail. God wants us to stay on line, adjusted and aligned to what He is saying in heaven.
13 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.’
Revelation 3:13
24 And He was saying to them, “Take care what you listen to. By your standard of measure it will be measured to you; and more will be given you besides.
Mark 4:24
18 So take care how you listen; for whoever has, to him more shall be given; and whoever does not have, even what he thinks he has shall be taken away from him.”
Luke 8:18
4 And Jesus answered and said to them, “See to it that no one misleads you.
Matthew 24:4
10 He said, “I heard the sound of You in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid myself.” 11 And He said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree of which I commanded you not to eat?”
Gen 3:10-11
In the Book of Mark, he emphasized on WHAT WE Listen to.
In the Book of Luke, he emphasized on HOW WE LISTEN
While Matthew emphasized on WHO WILL LEAD US
The verse in Genesis emphasized on WHO TOLD US.
WHAT WE LISTEN TO will eventually become our nature, our belief system and our absolutes. Our character and our behavior system will be dictated by what we believe. We are born again by the power of His imperishable word. When we partake His word we partake divine nature and escape the corruption that is in this world.
23 for you have been born again not of seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and enduring word of God.
25 But the word of the Lord endures forever.”
And this is the word which was preached to you.
1 Peter 1:23.25
4 For by these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent promises, so that by them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world by lust.
2 Peter 1:4
HOW WE LISTEN will determine how deep the seed of the Kingdom will go. When our initial response is careless, the seed of the Kingdom will be taken away by the devil. When we do not understand the word of the Kingdom, the enemy will rob us of our seed and an abundant harvest. When our response is superficial, the enemy will use deception make us doubt and regret the word. There is NOTHING more powerful than the Word spoken by God. It will prevail in our heart. The word is the material through which all our dreams and God’s promises will be fulfilled. When we hold on to His word, He will hold us up and lift us to see its fulfillment.
14 In their case the prophecy of Isaiah is being fulfilled, which says,
‘You will keep on hearing, but will not understand;
You will keep on seeing, but will not perceive;
Matthew 13:14
WHO WE ALLOW TO SPEAK INTO OUR LIVES will change the direction and destiny of our lives. The enemy will find all kinds of temptation to divert us from listening to God because after listening to the message of truth, we will be sealed by the overshadowing of the Holy Spirit. He is the promise of the Father, the Master Key to unlock all the promises of God.
13 In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation—having also [r]believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise,14 who is given as a pledge of our inheritance, with a view to the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of His glory.
Ephesians 1:13-14
As the Age Of Deception covers the eyes of the world, the coming Fresh and Final Outpouring of the River of Life will sweep it away by causing the earth to open up and swallow up the waves of deception.
15 And the serpent]poured water like a river out of his mouth after the woman, so that he might cause her to be swept away with the flood. 16 But the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened its mouth and drank up the river which the dragon poured out of his mouth. 17 So the dragon was enraged with the woman, and went off to make war with the rest of her children, who keep the commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus.
Revelation 12:15-16, 17
10 Then I fell at his feet to worship him. But he *said to me, “Do not do that; I am a fellow servant of yours and your brethren who hold the testimony of Jesus; worship God. For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”
Revelation 19:10
11 And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even when faced with death.

TRUE PROPHETS LIVE AND WORK IN THE SPIRIT REALM
The prophets who prophesied concerning the empowering grace that would come upon us made careful search and inquires, seeking to know what person or time, the Spirit of Christ within them was indicating as he predicted the suffering of Christ and the glories to follow.
10 As to this salvation, the prophets who prophesied of the grace that would come to you made careful searches and inquiries, 11 seeking to know what person or time the Spirit of Christ within them was indicating as He predicted the sufferings of Christ and the glories to follow. 12 It was revealed to them that they were not serving themselves, but you, in these things which now have been announced to you through those who preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven—things into which angels long to look.
1 Peter 1:10-12
- These Prophets only prophesied what God spoke to them.
- These Prophets’ message was what God wanted to reveal from heaven.
- These Prophets tried to make inquiries – ask other prophets or ask the Spirit of Christ in them.
- These Prophets made careful search – did their homework (Daniel studied the prophecies of Jeremiah)
- These Prophets tried to identify the targeted group – who the recipients of these prophecies were)
- These Prophets walked in a higher level of the prophetic – not just the prophetic level of comfort, edification, exhortation but into the realm of revelation, counsel, direction and prediction.
- These Prophets received the privilege to experience of knowing and working with the Holy Spirit in their lives.
